Chief Commercial Officer

On behalf of Roccamore we are currently looking for an experienced, growth-oriented Chief Commercial Officer with solid, digital competencies, who will direct Roccamore’s revenue growth online and offline. Hereto, you will direct their national market expansion, and international strategy and execution via a small internal team.

About Roccamore

Roccamore is a Direct-2-Consumer (D2C) high-heel footwear brand, and we are growing fast. In 2021, they won the prestigious Børsen Gazelle Award with 1600%+ growth and continued the same path in 2022 and 2023. They want to continue our trajectory and grow both nationally and internationally at the pace that market conditions dictate.

The position

The new Chief Commercial Officer will bring in a good, operational mindset. You will be involved in other strategic cross-departmental initiatives, join the leadership team, and work directly with Frederikke, their founder and CEO.

Your key responsibilities will include the following areas:

●      Own overall revenue targets and strategies to get there

●      Develop and implement go-to-market strategy in new markets when the time is right

●      Lead and further build out the growth team

●      Be a vital member of the leadership team

●      Plan and carry out cross-team projects across eCommerce, retail, content, and product

●      Work closely with our retail team to optimize synergies between eCommerce, retail stores, and wholesale

●      Build up, analyze, and continuously evolve reporting and KPIs


Your profile
The ideal candidate holds minimum 5 years as a leader in a digital marketing/growth or Ecommerce position. Hereto you come with prior experience within a brand, ideally with D2C & omnichannel go-to-market approach. It is a big advantage if you have a commercial and digital mind-set and has a constant focus on growth and expansion as well as being motivated to keep growing revenue. Your technical toolbox is good, and you hold deep hands-on experience with paid, tech and tools. As a person you are enthusiastic about data and do data-driven decision-making. You are a great team player, motivator and a motivating people manager.
