Head of External and Internal Communication at Nilfisk globally
On behalf of Nilfisk, we are currently looking for a passionate Communication Manager, External Communication who will own the responsibility end to end of further strengthening corporate external communication, advise the CEO, CFO and become part the large marketing team in a new exciting journey of launching an ambitious growth strategy, with strong focus on sustainability and innovation. You will work from the Global Head office in Brøndby and have the flexibility of working from home.

The position
As the Communication Manager, you will work with key stakeholders at all levels, and across functions and geographies. You will develop and communicate narratives about the company, products, and services across all channels and act as spokesperson in relevant matters. You will act as a communication partner for members of senior management, including the CEO and Group CFO, offering communications counseling, and developing plans for both external and internal communication.

You will be part of the Global Marketing organization and community, reporting to Head of Corporate Communication & CSR, based at the Nilfisk HQ in Brøndby.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Identify, develop, and communicate narratives about the company, products, and services, in order to drive thought leadership and contribute to Nilfisk's overall reputation and market positioning.
  • Proactively support Investor Relations communication in developing and issuing financial communication.
  • Coach and mentor spokespersons, including CEO and senior management teams, on effective interactions with media and external stakeholders.
  • Act as company spokesperson to both the media and industry analysts, and be the first point of contact for all media.
  • Develop corporate communication assets, including key collateral materials, text, scripts, presentations, and videos.
  • Develop corporate social-media strategies and content.

Your profile
The ideal candidate comes with a bachelor or/and a master’s degree in Communication or Journalism and in addition you have years’ relevant experience within PR, strategic communication, and/or copywriting in international environments. Hereto the candidate comes with a strategic mindset and a solid business understanding with strong stakeholder management skills. You have from previous jobs earned excellent writing skills, with the ability to write in an engaging manner.

As a person you possess curiosity and passion, a creative mindset and the ability to see the various angles in a story. It is a big plus if you have experience with social media and communication on various platforms. It is not required that you come with experience within financial and IR communication, but it may be an advantage. On a personal level you have a strong personal and professional integrity, solid interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a multicultural environment. Moreover, if you have touched international companies and issue-management it is a plus. Hence you are fluent in English and Danish, both verbally and in writing.
