Email Marketing Manager for GUBI

On behalf of GUBI, we are currently looking for an ambitious and structured Email Marketing Manager to play a key role in leading, building and implementing their email marketing strategies. You will become part of an innovative design company that offers a versatile selection of luxury furniture, lighting, and interior objects for both residential and professional spaces. You will play a vital role in an ambitious and passionate team and take charge of growing and managing GUBI’s email marketing initiatives and customer databases.

GUBI has a strong global brand position with a head office and showroom in Copenhagen, Denmark – and they are now looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join their team.


The position
As Email Marketing Manager you will be creating, planning, producing, and managing all email marketing related tasks and strategies end-to-end across markets. You will hold a cross-functional role and be a central figure in growing the customer database through strong content. You will be located at the GUBI head office in Nordhavn, Copenhagen, and report to the Head of Marketing Operations. In the role, you will also be working in close collaboration with the eCommerce, Marketing, PR, Product Management, Sales and Customer Service teams.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Strengthen and leverage coherent and relevant communication with customers and prospects
  • Grow email revenue
  • Own and grow the customer database
  • Lead CRM development projects and automation
  • Build, manage, and implement strategy for lead generation activities
  • Ensure strong email marketing integration into the annual marketing wheel – product launches, seasonal campaigns, special editions, and collaborations
  • Work closely with the marketing team and external partners to ensure strong campaign integration
  • Track and analyze email marketing performance
  • Monthly KPI reporting


Your profile 
The ideal candidate comes with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or other relevant degree and has 4-6 years of experience from a similar role. You must have proven work experience as an Email Marketing Manager and with analyzing and interpreting relevant data touchpoints. You have worked with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and understand how to interpret database management legislation.

You stay on top of current knowledge and trends within email marketing and are proficient in marketing automation. Moreover, you possess strong project- and stakeholder management skills and have experience working in a dynamic and international environment from e.g., an agency. You have an entrepreneurical and commercial mindset along with a distinct aesthetic sense. It is a plus if you have professional experience with premium lifestyle brands. Furthermore, you are a strong communicator and are fluent in both written and spoken English.
