Head of Performance Marketing for LIEWOOD

On behalf of LIEWOOD we are looking for a highly ambitious and skilled Head of Performance Marketing, who can design, direct, and accelerate LIEWOOD’s performance marketing campaigns across different digital marketing channels. LIEWOOD is an international kids' lifestyle brand designing and producing accessories, interior, and selected clothing for babies and children. LIEWOOD products are created with a sustainable mindset - from design and functionality to carefully selected materials such as organic cotton, recycled polyester, wood, and silicone, following the highest quality standards.

LIEWOOD is a dynamic, design-driven, and highly commercial company in rapid growth - founded in 2015 by Anne Marie Lie Norvig with the desire and commitment to create a unique kid's lifestyle brand focusing on functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability. LIEWOOD is based in Copenhagen, and the universe is deeply rooted in the Nordic design tradition.

The position
As Head of Performance Marketing, your key responsibility will be to make sure that LIEWOOD gets the most out of their advertising budget and that the various channels complement each other in the best possible way in terms of driving traffic and generating online sales in LIEWOOD’s four primary markets; Germany, France, UK, and DK, including Benelux and Italy in the near future.

You will be responsible for building and accelerating all performance marketing across different channels (SEM, PPC, SoMe etc.). You will play a central and integral role in realizing an important growth pillar for LIEWOOD, also meaning that you soon will build and direct a cohesive team of internal and external personnel to effectively develop the performance solutions.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Building and strengthening LIEWOOD’s global brand
  • Manage owned, earned and paid digital media and global digital campaign alignment, optimization and tracking
  • Social media and digital media strategy with strong content development
  • Create success measurement plans, KPI’s and digital marketing plans and ensure campaigns can be shared and adopted locally
  • Ensure consistent tracking and monitoring of digital performance to support business goals
  • Facilitate knowledge and best practice sharing on digital initiatives and leadthe effort of efficiency improvements through deployment of the right tools and best practices
  • Assess how the performance marketing responsibilities are distributed and collaborated between LIEWOOD and their allied performance agency.
  • Overseeing the development and implementation of testing strategies to improve conversion rates, including the landing page optimization.


Your profile
The ideal candidate has completed a relevant degree within e.g. marketing, business administration or information technology as well as minimum 5+ years of experience in online marketing and managing of different performance channels. You must have a proven track record with creating and executing digital marketing campaigns as well as knowledge of and experience with different marketing and data analysis tools. Additionally, experience with e-commerce is a must.

As Head of Performance Marketing, you possess a combination of strategic planning and analytical skills as well as marketing and project management experience. You are able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across units simultaneously and you can demonstrate the ability to navigate in international settings.

You possess emphatic, collaborative and leadership skills, to point a direction for your future team as well as supervise and manage multiple projects at the same time. Besides being an aspirational, strong leader, you are a passionate, motivating team player with commitment to work with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
