Key Account Manager to Mutebox
On behalf of Mutebox, we are currently looking for a skilled and ambitious B2B Key Account Manager. They are seeking a positive, high energy and focused person who can help increase sales for the Swedish market.
MuteBox is a Danish design company based in Vejle providing high-quality meeting rooms and phone boots for open office spaces, striving to create better working environments in workplaces around the world. MuteBox was founded in 2019 by Thomas Keller and Jonas Kjemtrup, after taking part in the TV program ‘Løvens Hule’ (Dragon’s Den). Today, MuteBox sells beyond Denmark’s borders and have an ambition to continuously building new markets. Thus, MuteBox offers an already proven product-market fit from an excited and variated client base.
In this fashion, MuteBox design sustainable, flexible, and space-saving solutions focusing on acoustic optimization and employee satisfaction. Through high-quality design solutions, MuteBox improves working environments and public spaces and creates room to focus and connect by offering less noise and increased well-being. MuteBox product offerings is an effective weapon against stress and is ideal for the new reality with many daily video and telephone meetings.
Furthermore, MuteBox is produced in Denmark with materials from skilled Danish subcontractors. MuteBox use sustainable elements such as recycled plastic in the acoustic foam and has a shorter distance from manufacturer to customer, to reduce CO2 emissions and leave as little imprint as possible on the planet’s limited resources. By producing quality materials and timeless designs, MuteBox commits to sustainability, ensuring that the products have a long life. In collaboration with the Growing Trees Network, MuteBox plant a new tree for every product sold.
About the position
At the moment, MuteBox sales are primarily through online marketing, and with this position MuteBox wishes to supplement this with a skilled sales profile, who will take part of the exciting journey of building the brand in Sweden. MuteBox are seeking a profile who knows how to generate sales by developing customers and partnerships towards opportunities and deals. Therefore, it is a great advantage if you have experience from the contract market and have a strong network among decision makers in the field of office interior design. Furthermore, you will become part a young, energetic, and growing team, where the mood is high, and the tone is nice and informal.
More specifically, your key responsibilities will include:
- Build your own portfolio – from follow-up on existing customers, online leads to ice-cold canvas
- Negotiate and enter contracts
- Maintain and nurture relationships with new and existing customers
- Arrange and participate in relevant sales activities such as trade fairs and events
- Develop collaboration with dealers, architects, and interior design agencies
The ideal candidate comes with a background from a similar position with B2B sales / Key Account Management. Moreover, you thrive in a startup company where there are shortcomings from thought to action and plans often change as the company changes, alongside finding MuteBox's industry exciting.
To succeed in this role, you work focused and independently. You possess the right skills to understand the customer needs and create new opportunities for sales by having a creative and innovative approach to the tasks you are facing. Furthermore, you always put the customer experience first.
On a personal note, you are collaborative and a strong team player, possessing an entrepreneurial ‘can-do’ mindset. Additionally, you are self-driven, proactive and possess a high level of ambition enabling you to provide successful results. It is required that you possess native or fluent Swedish and English proficiencies in verbal and written.
