Operations Marketing Manager, Nordics for Dun & Bradstreet

On behalf of Dun & Bradstreet we are looking for an entrepreneurial, technical and passionate Marketing Operations Manager to join their International Marketing Operations team, and steer all marketing related CRM projects and processes in close cooperation with CRM and Sales Operations teams across all markets in the Nordics.

The position
As a part of Dun & Bradstreets International Marketing Operations team, you will participate in the building of best practices and optimizing processes that fuel marketing strategies, whilst managing the lead funnel to maximize ROI and growth. Within marketing, Dun & Bradstreet partners with integrated marketing, demand generation and analytics teams to ensure that foundational marketing automation and CRM processes allow for strong campaign insight. Thus, in the role as Marketing Operations Manager, you will partner across the organization with sales, sales operations and customer experience to ensure strong end to end lead management and ROI.

More specifically, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Manage and lead all marketing related CRM (Salesforce) projects/processes working in close collaboration with CRM and Sales Operations teams, in order to establish world-class campaign and lead management processes that drive leads and high conversions across all markets in the Nordics
  • Ensure a smooth technical and sustainable hand-over of leads (lead routing) to sales department
  • Work closely with other Marketing Operations colleagues to align and share best practice
  • Ensure seamless integration and data flows (Input-Output) of CRM processes with adjacent system landscape like Marketing Automation (Adobe Marketo), Website (Adobe Experience Manager/Episerver), Reporting systems (PowerBI) and databases (CDP, SQL)
  • Maintain and keep data quality at highest levels in terms of correctness, completeness, consistency, and actuality
  • Be a Marketo super user and educate users and further stakeholder on Marketo
  • Reporting of campaign and CRM KPIs (e.g. Campaigns, Leads etc.)
  • Educate users and further stakeholders on CRM

Furthermore, you will report to the International Marketing Operations Director, with matrix alignment to the Nordics Marketing leader. 

Your profile
To succeed in the role as Marketing Operations Manager, you have the ability to develop, optimize, document and communicate processes across team and platform in an effort to drive ROI. We are seeking an entrepreneurial, forward-leaning self-starter who possesses intellectual and operational curiosity, exceptional marketing automation & process experience, proven experience partnering with marketing units and top-notch communication, organizational and educational skills. You are fluent both in verbal and written English and possess excellent communication skills with an ability to simplify complex solutions into actionable insights. 

As a person, you enjoy working in teams and are truly collaborative and see pride in being accountable. You are both comfortable and used to making decisions that affect others, both internally and externally, and have a pedagogical and consultative mindset to keep all stakeholders on track and involved. More specifically, you should possess the following skills and experience: 

  • Marketing Operations and CRM experience (3 years +)
  • Advanced experience of Marketo
  • Advanced experience of Salesforce (3 years +)
  • Strategic mindset but operational hands-on mentality
  • Considerable and proven experience partnering with marketing teams and executives
  • Super written, verbal and educational communication skills
  • A proactive nature and hands-on approach
  • Ability to work quickly and under pressure
  • Advanced Microsoft suite mastery
