On behalf of Sunrise, we are looking for an entrepreneurial and self-driven Paid Media Specialist with strategic and commercial flair, who will be responsible for developing and executing paid marketing and social media strategies and for creating and managing marketing campaigns across all digital touch points for several different clients and brands.

You will be part of the Digital & Social team – a flourishing team known for delivering impressive and well documented results for their clients. You will help drive growth and success for several clients across digital platforms and play an essential role in developing and managing digital strategies and effective media buying for brands that differ in size, purpose, industry and personality.
You will be responsible for paid marketing performance, including paid search, paid social and programmatic, for setting up paid social campaigns according to clients’ objectives and strategic direction and for managing and optimizing paid media campaigns based on performance. Moreover, you will be advising and implementing on paid campaign best practices across all platforms and manage marketing deliverable cycles, including initial planning, creative briefing, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis, and reporting.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Campaign setup and management for paid media channels including but not limited to, paid search, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, display, and retargeting
- Execute paid media optimizations based on performance, client goals and objectives
- Develop rich ad copy for Google AdWords, LinkedIn ads, and Facebook ads
- Daily optimization and monitoring of paid media budget
- Create ad strategies and build intent based client campaigns
- Create remarketing campaigns across platforms to further optimize ad effectiveness
- Support marketing efforts and automation strategies
- Execute and manage several paid media accounts
- Track, report, and analyse performance data to extract key takeaways and ongoing opportunities for improvement
- Measuring and optimizing paid marketing using dashboards, Google Ads, Google Analytics and other advertising platforms and marketing analytics reports
- Maintain expert-level knowledge and skillsets in existing and emerging platforms and technologies
- Monitor the latest trends in social media, including advertising formats, channels and technologies in order to improve campaign performance and provide recommendations on how clients can best leverage new tools and services
The position is located at Sunrise’s offices at Copenhagen.
You are a paid social and media expert with convincing digital marketing skills, a visionary mindset and strategic and analytical flair. This with a talent for leading digital initiatives across various touchpoints, optimizing paid media campaigns for clients on campaign performance and optimization and for providing insights into the best strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
Ideally, you hold a master’s degree within Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or similar and have minimum 2-3 years of experience within digital performance marketing – e.g., either from a digital marketing agency and/or an inhouse marketing team from a relevant company. You possess great project management skills, thus can handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities, and you master digital advertising on social media and know particularly Facebook Business Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager like the back of your hand. Further, you have a good understanding of Google Analytics and can formulate and set clear objectives and KPIs, along with measuring performance and tracking. If you moreover have an understanding and/or interest in Google Ads, SEO, marketing automation, it is a great plus. Solid communication skills in both Danish and English is a requirement.
