Paid Search Manager
To assist One.com in their growth journey, we are looking for an ambitious Paid Media Manager, who will be responsible for managing, designing, implementing and optimizing performance marketing across global digital channels and become part of a new level and international growth journey of automated digital marketing, with possibility of being challenged and becoming Head of Paid in a very near future. The workplace is at the office in Malmø, Sweden with much hybrid flexibility of also working from home.

Moreover, they value a strong teamwork and are now looking for a Paid Media Manager to be part of their further development, consolidating the company as one of the leading and most exclusive web hosting services in the world.
With firm stakeholder management skills and as paid media and online marketing professional, the Paid Media Manager will get the overall responsibility for managing, implementing, tracking and optimizing One.com’s paid marketing across all global digital channels, hereunder DK, SE and Benelux countries. You will become part of an automated growth and development journey. Hence, the position offers an interesting opportunity to develop and optimize PPC, monitoring budgets and overseeing search platform accounts to ensure that the company’s online marketing efforts have the highest possible return on investment. It is therefore essential that you are skilled in using analytics tools to aid setting KPIs, planning, reporting, testing, optimizing, evaluating and presenting performance results. Moreover, you will assist in managing the relationship between One.com and affiliate partners to help drive sales revenue for the company. You will become part of an acqisition team of 8 employees, being part of a larger team, and will only have management and not leadership responsibility.
There will also be an opportunity for development within the first year, as they are looking into a new Head of Paid position. You will become part of a culture and team with strong independence in an agile setup, where your business understanding is essential for making strong independent and feasible decisions in your work.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing, creating and planning a variety of PPC campaigns across a range of international digital channels
- 40% will be search focused and 60% of the time you will choose independently, which broad marketing channels will give more value. You will think out of the box and create business project across departments and countries.
- Communicate with agency, that handles low practical search
- Overseeing existing campaigns and making recommendations on how to optimize them
- Analysing trends and making data-driven decisions
- Managing a team budget of 15 million Euro
- Creating optimization on the channels
- Writing engaging and captivating copy, as well as proof-reading
- Making creative suggestions for advert templates
- Producing detailed analysis and reports of campaigns
- Presenting data and reports to a various and broad audience as well as for the management (e.g. dashboards)
- Tracking KPI’s to assess performance and pinpoint issues

The ideal candidate can help One.com shape everything that’s next, based on strong experience in data analysis and reporting, knowledge of SEM and by being well-versed in digital marketing concepts. You hold a relevant educational background within marketing, digital media or similar and come with 4-9 years of experience from a similar role, from an inhouse position. With passion for digital marketing and strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you are familiar with multiple platforms such as AdWords, Facebook, and Yahoo, and an understanding of HTML and XML is a great advantage. Moreover, you have working knowledge of analytics tools as Google Analytics, Tableau, and WebTrends, are proficient in MS Office, particularly in Excel, and have in previous positions been involved in external and internal affiliate programs through all phases. Besides flair for numbers and a strategic mindset, you are an excellent communicator with creative and flawless writing proficiencies in English and in either Danish or Swedish and are confident in collaborating with a diverse team as well as in disclosing ideas and thoughts to a differentiated audience.
Personally, you are analytical and openminded, pay exceptional attention to detail and hold an outstanding ability to think creatively as well as to identify and resolve problems. You clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points and are able to multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
