On behalf of EVERLAND, we’re looking for a passionate Senior Brand Strategist who knows how to build brand strategies and create compelling stories for some of the most exciting consumer brands in Scandinavia and beyond.

 

About EVERLAND

EVERLAND is a strategic design bureau with roots in the FMCG industry. EVERLAND is Scandinavia’s global consumer brand and design agency. They simplify and amplify brands with clarity, charisma, and craft. They work with clients in all corners of the consumer goods industry, from market-leading consumer brands to local start-ups. These include REMA 1000, Carlsberg, Danone, GP Batteries, Danish Crown, Novozymes, Orkla, Toms, and Lantmannen. And Frankly, Rebæl, Bite, Læsk, and many more.

EVERLAND is an independent and partner-led agency established in 2018 as a spin-off from the sister agency Kontrapunkt. Over the past three years, they have worked with clients in 17 countries, doubled in size, and recently expanded into both Oslo and Stockholm offices.

The EVERLAND office is located in the heart of Copenhagen, and the work atmosphere oozes creativity and big ambitions. The bureau’s 35 employees are amongst the best in the industry, and you will therefore become part of a “serious” family, however, it’s still essential to have fun during the day.

 

The position

EVERLAND is looking for a Senior Brand Strategist to join them in Copenhagen. Someone who thrives in combining analytics, creativity, and business acumen to make FMCG brands pop! Someone who isn’t afraid of creating something from nothing and enjoys envisioning what’s next – and how to get there.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Building commercially viable and relevant brand strategies for (primarily) FMCG clients
  • Direct and conduct audits, desk research, client interviews, and data analysis
  • Creating compelling stories and translating conceptual opportunities into actionable initiatives
  • Co-lead client engagements, presentations, and facilitation of work sessions
  • Work with the Client Service team to help grow accounts, and win new clients
  • Contribute to EVERLAND’s thought leadership
  • Be an outgoing, position team player – like the rest of the employees

 

Your profile 

The ideal candidate has +5 years of consulting experience in brand management and development. As a strategic advisor to EVERLAND's clients, and together with the Client Service and Design team, you will grow the accounts and help push, shape, and sharpen their clients’ brands. EVERLAND likes to think of the role as the spider in the middle of the work web.

You’re fluent in Danish and understand how to distinguish between the award-winning idea and the tactical need, and have an analytical, business-oriented, and structured approach to all tasks in front of you. As a person, you’re passionate and full of initiative and it comes naturally to you to create and develop relations. You have a love for FMCG and a passion for working with people’s consumer behavior.
