Strategic Account Executive for ONE Marketing
To help ONE Marketing build client relationships and manage the continuously growing demand for MarTech solutions and related consulting services, we are looking for a self-driven and curious Strategic Account Executive, who will be part of an energetic and experienced sales and consulting team.

They are business partners with leading suppliers of marketing technology and help their clients achieve the business case for implementing and integrating omnichannel Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms and AI & Machine Learning-based Hyper Personalization.

The position is an interesting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and talented consulting company where you will work both independently and in close collaboration with ONE Marketing’s pre-sales and consulting team. The target audience is both larger, Nordic companies in the process of selecting and implementing new technology, but also companies that already have an implemented MarTech setup but now are aiming for help in the continuous business development and anchoring of technology.
As Strategic Account Executive, you will act as Trusted Advisor for clients, thus operate as the lead point of contact to assigned accounts building and maintaining strong and long-lasting customer relationships. Together with the team, you will be responsible for connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, preparing sales pitches and orchestrating the sales process, along with identifying new business opportunities.
Your primary tasks include:
- Identify and qualify new leads for ONE Marketing
- Structure and orchestrate the sales process together with the team
- Build, maintain and develop client relationships
- Participate in various promotional activities, including events and conferences
- Structure and manage onboarding processes
- Act as a senior supplier, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of solutions and services according to customer needs and objectives
- Build and maintain relationships to external MarTech partners and jointly drive sales processes
- Lead negotiation and contract processes along with senior colleagues
- Subsequently support the Clients Services team in managing and developing the customer portfolio
After a solid onboarding, the corporation will jointly establish a set of realistic goals that you will be measured upon.

Ideally, you hold an education in Marketing, Business Administration and/or a related field and have 3+ years of experience from a similar role – preferably from a leading MarTech solution provider or a marketing/ digital agency – where you have developed a strong skillset in sales, account management, omnichannel marketing and Customer Relationship Management. If you moreover have experience within the field of Enterprise Marketing Automation solutions, Web Content Management systems and/or Customer Data Platforms across the Nordics, it is a great plus. It is important that you have a “can-do”-attitude, can think about the big picture while paying attention to also the smallest details and possess strong verbal and written communication, presentation and negotiation skills in Danish and English – and you can understand and communicate with Swedes and Norwegians.
You have got a strong sense of self-initiative, can take direction but thrive in teamwork and can play a supporting role whenever needed. Client meetings are a no-brainer for you, and you are also comfortable behind the scenes. Under pressure, you are cool as a cucumber and you have a strategic and analytical thinking, along with a strong business acumen. To say you are organized is an understatement as you possess excellent time management skills and excel in deadline-oriented and quick-thinking environments. You have a trustworthy charisma and are a good colleague and are eager to be part of a talented team bringing in own skills and best practices to the process while learning new and be willing to plug in to how ONE Marketing works.
