VP Marketing for Stibo DX
On behalf of Stibo DX, we are looking for an experienced VP Marketing to lead all marketing operations and secure commercial success throughout the organization. Your main objectives will be to ensure strong lead generation as well as to build the Stibo DX brand within all relevant market verticals.

In February 2020, CCI and Escenic merged under the new company brand, Stibo DX. About the role
As VP Marketing you will develop and lead all marketing operations of Stibo DX. You will primarily be concerned with ensuring the integrated commercial success of Stibo DX as well as developing the organization’s marketing activities and initiatives. You will take ownership of the execution of the global marketing plan and its regional/industry-specific activities. Furthermore, you will get a shared responsibility for Stibo DX’s growth and financial performance.
Your areas of responsibility will be:
- Develop and lead the company strategies for lead generation, brand building, and other key marketing activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads, from MQLs to SQLs.
- Develop go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with key stakeholders in Sales and Product Management.
- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns in close collaboration with key stakeholders in Sales.
- Ensure a strong digital presence, incl. website, social media, SEO, SEM, advertisement, newsletters
- Support and develop Stibo DX’s thought leader position through content, speaking engagements, etc.
- Lead and develop Stibo DX’s overall communications efforts, incl. employer branding and internal communications.
- Lead and develop a team of highly skilled and efficient marketing professionals (DK, DE, and US)
The ideal candidate holds a pertinent master’s degree or MBA in business, marketing, digital, or a similar area. We anticipate that you can demonstrate solid skills within international B2B marketing from a Senior Marketing leadership role - preferably from the software industry. You possess strong business acumen and a deep understanding of Marketing’s commercial role within an organization.
As a marketing professional, you span effortlessly from the strategic to the operational level. At Stibo DX, you will be leading a lean and efficient marketing team of two FTE’s and multiple freelancers and agency partners. As such, the key to success in this role is your ability to balance strategic planning with practical execution. You can lead the way for the marketing department while taking hands-on responsibility for selected tasks.
As the ideal candidate, you prove solid experience in developing effective strategies and plans for all marketing disciplines, such as lead generation, branding, and product promotion. Furthermore, you have proven experience in working directly together with Sales, and preferably also Product Development. Additionally, you hold strong analytic, strategic, and creative capabilities and have experience in applying research, data, and insights to marketing activities.
You are a strong communicator with demonstrated skills in both written and oral presentation material and hold strong interpersonal and personal negotiation skills. Additionally, are fluent in English - written and oral, and German is a plus. Personally, you are a natural people leader with a passion for team development, hereto you strive for excellence while staying hungry, curious, and humble.
You will be reporting to the CEO and be part of an international team distributed across Denmark, Norway, Germany, Bangladesh, and the USA. Your place of work will be in Stibo DX’s main office in Aarhus, Denmark.
