From the center of Copenhagen, you will be part of an international, dynamic and creative environment surrounded by people at the top of their field in a flat organization. You will head up client teams in both &Co and NoA, and collaborate across cross functional of teams, whilst driving and inspiring creative development processes and pursuing new ways to contribute to overall agency and client growth and profitability.
You will be responsible for own clients – advising and developing existing ones, along with identifying and growing new, potential ones – hence get a starring role in connecting &Co.’s strategic and creative capabilities with client needs, from leading the everyday development of creative campaigns, to communication platforms, broader brand growth initiatives as well as using creative storytelling as a vital component in business transformation efforts.

Thereto, you will play an essential role in the &Co.’s internal development by developing and accelerating the client portfolio, while setting a high level of client servicing at the top of the agenda.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead creative brand and communication strategy development for both key Danish and international clients
- Drive and inspire strategic direction and creative development processes
- Manage senior client expectations, increase client satisfaction and engagement, and identify and develop new opportunities within existing clients to maximise account growth
- Demonstrate flair for winning new business
- Be a key member of &Co. and NoA client teams and manage tracking and reporting of performance to uphold team accountability and promote quality of service
- Develop best practice in client servicing and drive a collaborative spirit within the client teams, to share knowledge and experience and utilize our collective qualities when solving client briefs
- Be a key figure in developing and accelerating &Co’s offerings
- Stay ahead of the curve on areas of &Co’s strategic specialties and core creative competencies
- Be a shining example of the &Co. name: A true team player that stimulate collaboration as a key competence across all aspects of the client service director job
You are driven by and have extensive experience with creative and strategic processes and in consulting clients and managing stakeholders in complex organisations and dynamic environments. You come with 5+ years of experience in client servicing – preferably from another agency where you have proven your skills in managing, developing, nurturing and expanding existing as well as new client relations. Thus, you possess great people and stakeholder management skills and have flair for building trusting relationships at all levels – both internally and externally.
To shine in the role, you have extensive knowledge of developing and executing creative strategies and in proposing, selling and leading creative projects, along with an in-depth understanding of communication, advertising and marketing disciplines. This with a talent for communicating, presenting and negotiating with enthusiasm and clarity as well as the ability to translate client requests precisely and accurately to all kinds of people and at all levels. Excellent time management and numeracy skills and a great eye for detail are certainly some of your core competencies.
