On behalf of REVOLT, we are looking for a strategic and forthcoming Client Services Director with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, who can take ownership of client-facing delivery and services while playing an active role in the day to day management of the agency business as a whole.

The position is a unique opportunity to become part of a dynamic and visionary company in the centre of Copenhagen where you with both strategic and executional flair will be responsible for primarily advising and developing existing clients. You will oversee and lead the Client Services team of 5, manage and grow existing client accounts by devising client strategy, developing client relationships and delivering client objectives. This includes creating and developing commercial opportunities with existing clients, maximizing account and revenue growth and providing inputs to the strategic direction and associated tactics of client accounts based on a strong understanding of their marketing and business objectives. Further, you will negotiate beneficial and competitive rate cards and contracts with client procurement teams and manage tracking and reporting of performance to ensure team accountability and quality of service.
Besides being engaged in building a pipeline of future work and ensuring that the company’s existing client revenue target is achieved, you will moreover be part of the company’s and team’s outreaching efforts to identify potential new customers in order to grow the company’s total client portfolio. This with a natural talent for as well as interest in networking and in building relationships, along with the ability to develop and strengthen contact and sales efforts.
You will work closely with respective team leads to identify opportunities, shape briefs/debriefs, project scope, oversee Statements of Work, and generally support the client service team across the organization to exceed client expectations while delivering strategic and financially viable deliverables.
Moreover, based on an understanding of the digital market and client service management, you will actively provide input into the development of REVOLT’s corporate strategy, promote the company’s purpose and vision and ownership of its values and strategic objectives and contribute to the development of a culture that enjoys the challenge of exceeding financial and performance targets.
You have a degree in marketing, marketing research, business administration or another related field, come with at least 5 years of relevant work experience from preferably another agency where you have held a senior management position, and you hold exemplary client services skills with the ability to maintain and extend client relationships. It is essential that you have an in-depth understanding of communication, marketing and advertising disciplines, possess excellent time management and numeracy skills and pay close attention to detail. This with well-developed interpersonal skills making you assertive and able to take charge of a situation when appropriate and also positioning you as the right profile to lead, motivate and influence others. You are moreover an excellent and precise communicator in both English and Danish, thus have the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm when presenting, and you grasp how to leverage different digital strategies and tools to solve clients’ problems.
Personally, you are spirited, adaptable, friendly, diligent and customer-focused and are enthusiastic about creative and digital solutions, always curious to learn and share new ideas. This illustrates your high level of energy, solid social skills and drive to deliver great results – also under pressure – but it also demonstrates that you are an empathetic and respectful team player who values great teamwork and culture. When it comes to clients, you know that you are their representative in the agency and act accordingly, and while you challenge their thinking to deliver a better solution, you are also able to translate their requests meticulously and accurately to the delivery teams.
