Customer Engagement Manager
To build a strong online presence and global engagement with ISS’ existing and potential customers through digital touchpoints, we are looking for a Customer Engagement Manager with a flair for combining data and content with online media and creativity.

As Customer Engagement Manager, you will be part of ISS’ Brand, Marketing & Customer Success department and work in the Brand and Activation team, where you will get the chance to collaborate across teams with internal as well as external stakeholders. You will be responsible for driving global engagement among global marketing SoMe peers across ISS to build an international ISS SoMe community that supports each other and shares ideas and concepts. You will be in charge of building a strong online presence and engagement with potential and existing customers through various digital and social media platforms, and thus play a pivotal role in bringing forth ISS’ business strategy and brand directly to the customers.
In close collaboration with marketing colleagues and other relevant stakeholders, you will define and create engaging customer journeys, ensure attraction, conversion and retention. You will moreover support the team in activating and distributing content through selected channels and in various formats such as website content, videos, social media and other digital channels.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Develop and execute global social media strategies
- Anchor and manage new social media platform
- Implement social listening
- Plan and execute activities on several digital platforms and channels
- Initiate and communicate relevant news and stories to support engaging customer journeys
- Monitor engagement and trends and initiate actions accordingly
- Measure performance and analyse results and data to drive optimization
- Define and share best practice with ISS’ global SoMe community
- Drive ISS’ social media advocacy program
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends and provide and contribute with inspiration and creativity
The position is located at ISS’ headquarters in Greater Copenhagen and offers a challenging and exciting career in an ambitious working environment characterised by high pace and drive.
We are looking for an innovative and digitally savvy profile with the drive to run fast and the will to succeed. Ideally, you have a master’s degree within marketing, communications, digital media or similar, along with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing management from working in a global environment. You have demonstrable and solid experience within social media marketing and digital platforms, along with the ability to transform strategy to actionable plans and hands-on execution.
You have a talent for combining analytical skills and commercial thinking with innovation and creativity and are able to act as an inspirational source developing engaging and captivating social media presence.
You speak and write English on an advanced level and are able to communicate and present your thoughts and ideas precisely and convincingly at all levels within and outside the organization. This as a curious thinker with a desire to improve existing processes, along with the aim for delivering positive customer experiences.
With strong interpersonal skills, you are empathetic and open-minded. Essentially, you are a natural, supportive and strong collaborator, yet take ownership and responsibility of projects and tasks. You possess an engaging and authentic personality and a ‘can do’ mentality, and as a proactive problem solver with an optimistic mindset, you thrive taking on new challenges.
