In this new position, as Senior Experience Product Manager in the Office business unit Product Management team, you will bring the voice of the user into Jabra’s Office products by bridging pains and needs with solid user benefits through impactful experiences that are implementable, desirable, easy-to-understand and easy-to-use.

With a good portion of persistency and positive persuasiveness, you will be the cornerstone in shaping this new position. It is expected that you will be taking the Office portfolio experience roadmap to the next level, challenging the status quo, and driving decisions through to the benefit of the entire organization.
You will use your analytic and proactive mindset to measure the market, monitor competition and track trends, and use your strong communication skills to effectively bring relevant information to stakeholders when needed to further strengthen Jabra’s position in the market.
As Senior Experience Product Manager at Jabra in the Office business unit, you will be responsible for defining and delivering experiences across the Office product portfolio. This includes among other things experience roadmaps, partner integrations, digital platforms, OoBE, end-to-end user journey.
In addition to the above mentioned, the ideal candidate knows how to:
- Drive development of Experiences to make the best in class Office Jabra products
- Define technology enablers and building blocks crucial to the success of the portfolio
- Apply analytical data, reflecting on end-user and customer insights, trends, competitive intel to fact-base and support decision-making
- Work and navigate cross-functionally managing different stakeholders from SW, UX, Marketing, Design, Sustainability and Research
- Establish a visionary and innovative view on the Office market and identify new experience areas to explore
- Develop a deep understanding of the GNA, and the Office BU strategy, the market requirements and contextualize this with organizational capabilities, business targets and TTM to arrive at the right set of compromises, which eventually will deliver the best product and experience to the market.

The ideal candidate holds a master’s degree and can come from different educational backgrounds in Business Administration, Engineering, Innovation Design or similar. The candidate is expected to have +7 years of experience from a similar position within product management/product marketing, preferably from an international environment and within consumer tech.
You have a proven track-record within product management/experiences/UX where you have been managing all aspects of a successful product delivery from definition to market materialization. It is expected that you have a solid technical and commercial background with an understanding for and/or hands-on experience with project development, preferably from an international context. You hold excellent interpersonal skills and a great sense of structure, as the position includes indirect leadership with the responsibility of driving cross-functional projects in a global company across time-zones. Being a global company, fluent English is a prerequisite. Some travel activity is to be expected and having lived and worked abroad is considered a plus.
You bring a positive mindset, persistence, great drive, and you are generally curious about how to make great things happen. You see change as opportunity not a barrier. Likewise, new challenges and/or resistance only pushes you to work harder and smarter. You are a strong communicator who thrives when it comes to passionately selling your ideas.
