To secure that Boozt's social media and PR presence supports the marketing and business strategy, we are looking for a creative and structured SoMe & Activation Manager, who wants to work with state-of-the-art content across the digital landscape.

The position is a unique opportunity to set your personal mark and influence how Boozt.com’s SoMe, PR- and influencer approach and presence. You will play an essential role in planning and developing the company’s strategy within these disciplines to make sure that they support the overall marketing and business strategy and will thereto be the main driver of spreading the brand message across the SoMe landscape.
You will have the overall ownership of SoMe channels, focusing on Instagram and Facebook. You are able to think in strategic tracks and concepts and will develop and execute on the plan and secure that we reach our targets. You will both be having the highlevel overview – but also be executing the daily operations. Furthermore you will have the responsibility to further strengthen our cooperation with influencers. You will revisit existing way of working and drive initiatives to develop further.
Part of the company’s SoMe / PR strategy is the recent decision to launch a new digital editorial magazine. This content will be part of your foundation in your daily work and conceptual plans. The ambition with this is to create strong inspirational content that has the potential to drive higher engagement. You will therefore be working closely together with the team, working with the digital magazine – and have the possibility to both influence the content that you see having a potential but also plan activities to stimulate awareness and engement around the content.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Contributing to the SoMe and PR strategy that meets high-level KPIs and support the marketing and business strategy
- Developing a social media and PR plan
- Daily SoMe account management and optimization, including daily SoMe handling in collaboration with a student assistant (like, comment, share and regram content)
- Full responsibility for Boozt Fashion’s Facebook page
- Monthly performance reporting, including high-level learnings and actions
- Defining key PR activities to support strategy and KPI's - and to execute on actions
- Revising the company’s influencer strategy – and take action to optimize it
- Budget handling
- Project management
- Boozt Media Partnerships, including preparation of presentations and briefs for both brands and influencers
The position is located at Boozt Fashion’s headquarters in Malmö, Sweden and you will report directly to Sales & Marketing Director, Dorte Tandrup.
We are looking for an experienced and creative SoMe professional with strong independent expertise in driving a social community and with flair for creating innovative initiatives as well as engaging content.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Journalism, PR or similar and has minimum 3 years of experience in SoMe management from a relevant brand-driven company, a digital marketing agency or an e-commerce company. Knowledge and experience from working with Instagram and Facebook is a requirement and experience with PR and / or influencer marketing is an advantage. It is essential that you have a commercial mindset and possess great project management skills. Moreover you have a strong strategic understanding and the ability to work conceptually – but in the planningphase and in the execution. Always with a clear target in mind.
You impeccably grasp the English language – verbally as well written – are a confident communicator and presenter and hold the ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously. You have an understanding of media needs and media relationships and are a proactive, reliable, responsible and accurate profile who always pays close attention to detail. Even though you thrive working independently with little or no daily supervision, you bloom in collaborations and know how to transfer your easy-going and entrepreneurial spirit and positive mindset to your team. At last, you are determined to develop and implement effective social strategies by keeping up with latest trends and developments within the digital landscape to keep Boozt Fashion at the forefront, ahead of competition in order to develop a great brand with significant social ledge.
