Boozt Fashion is looking for a skilled and commercially driven CRM & Category Director with relevant retail experience who will become responsible for developing, implementing and driving the company’s future CRM and marketing category strategy and initiatives within the lifestyle space, thus playing an important role in realizing the future vision of Boozt.

The position

You will be responsible for all CRM related activities from the development of the overall strategic direction and initiatives to the definition and evaluation of ongoing Nordic and regional campaigns. You will ensure that the Boozt CRM related customer interactions and experience is embedded in a seamless omni-channel approach on all Boozt’s platforms, relevant external channels as well as internally in the organization. As the new CRM & Category Director, you will also become marketing category responsible for Fashion, Kids, Sport and Beauty which contains responsibilities such as yearly category marketing plan, category sales performance as well as the commercial category roadmap for marketing and CRM. Moreover, you will manage the marketing automation as well as the campaign evaluation in order to reach main KPI’s such as monthly gross revenue per category, base development (customer and prospect), monthly gross revenue from automated campaigns and revenue per email across campaign type.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing budget – revenue pr. category
  • Managing and executing marketing planning & performance
  • Defining and developing a strong and consistent CRM strategy and framework with an omni-channel approach across different touch points.
  • Category content creation/support to campaign managers and category frontpage for Fashion, Kids, Sport and Beauty
  • Direct to consumer communication driving sales and loyalty
  • Defining and development of personalization and loyalty initiatives
  • Customer value segmentation
  • System owner of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Heruko and Return Path

The position is placed at Boozt’s headquarters in Malmö, Sweden, and you will be reporting directly to CCO, Peter G. Jørgensen.

Your profile

The ideal candidate holds a degree within the field of Marketing, Business Administration or similar and has a minimum of 5 years of experience from a similar position preferably within retail, e-commerce, fashion, lifestyle and/or consumer goods. Moreover, you must have experience with people management, as you will be leading an ambitious team of +10. You are one of the most skilled CRM profiles in the Nordics and especially with building automated and personalized communication. Technical knowledge of CRM systems and usage of these are thus necessary. Lastly, you possess broad marketing experience across channels and offline/online. It is essential that you are result-oriented and determined to develop and implement a successful CRM strategy, by keeping up with the latest trends and developments within the CRM field to keep the brand at the forefront.

As a person, you know how to convey the rationale to concrete actions and you possess highly developed written and oral communications skills in English. You are both driven by creating an impact and are always business oriented. You get energized by cooperating, solving complex issues and working with a wide range of functions and personalities across the organization. Furthermore, you have the strength to lead goals within all areas of marketing inside the organization with evidence-based rationale but at the same time, you listen and respond objectively to new ideas. Lastly, you find great value in creating an engaged working environment and in working across departments and securing execution.
