Project Manager for Accenture Creative in Copenhagen

On behalf of Accenture Creative, we are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager who will become responsible for managing and successfully executing large-scale global and Nordic projects and campaigns.

Since Accenture’s foundation, the company has experienced excessive growth. Due to the global expansion, they are now establishing Accenture Creative as a new in-house agency with the main objective of helping and creating projects and campaigns for a variety of Accenture’s business lines. For their Nordic creative hub in the Copenhagen office, they are now looking for a project manager with relevant agency experiences who would like to come on board in a global setting, ensuring innovation and growth for a broad range of clients.


The position
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing complex and creative campaigns, and with a structured approach, you will build integrated creative campaigns.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • To lead projects and ensure that all execution efforts align with global strategic objectives
  • To engage in internal communications and marketing projects
  • To play a key role in profiling Accenture on a Nordic and global level, through your ability to create great working relationships and ensuring that projects are on budget and on time
  • To raise awareness as well as increase growth of the project activities and agency performance

You will find your days filled with collaboration and direct contact with a broad range of global stakeholders, and your role will be to ensure stakeholder satisfaction at all times and act as key point of contact for both clients and the creative team.


Your profile
The ideal candidate has a degree in marketing, digital marketing, business management or similar and comes with minimum 4-5 years of work experience within project management. You have previously worked in an agency setting and are strong in driving both complex projects and clients as well as managing creative communication, marketing and digital projects from A-Z. Moreover, you have experience in overseeing deliveries, have proven your ability to gather and document project requirements and specifications, and come with great enthusiasm and solid stakeholder management skills. You are a strong communicator and have excellent English communication skills, oral as well as written.

As a person, you are structured and show a great attention for detail, and you are a positive and open person who thrives in a team. You have natural flair for managing projects, cost and budgets, and you always mark your projects with decisiveness and an experienced and thorough approach. You like to be in the middle of the action and are not afraid of taking the lead. Even though the pressure is high and the tasks many, you keep your feet on the ground and your mind focused. At the same time, you are an engaging team player, easy to work with and have the ability to think and execute operationally, systematically and with a deep focus on quality.
