Sennheiser Communications is looking for a Partnership Marketing Manager, you will help drive integrated marketing plans, enablement and demand-generation programs with strategic alliance partners to help the company exceed current and future growth ambitions.

1st of January 2003, Sennheiser Communications was established as a joint venture between the Danish company William Demant Holding and the German company Sennheiser electronic GmbH & Co. KG., hence draws on experience of two companies that are both global market leaders in their respective sectors. The position
As Partnership Marketing Manager, you will help drive integrated marketing plans, enablement and demand-generation programs with strategic alliance partners to help the Sennheiser Communications exceed current and future growth ambitions. With excellent stakeholder management skills, you will collaborate with the company’s global marketing team, product management team, local markets (both sales and marketing) and external alliance partners such as Microsoft, Zoom, AWS, and Avaya.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for alliances partners and develop integrated marketing plans with the goal of driving pipeline and revenue growth
  • Align activities globally with local marketing teams, and work closely with Sennheiser Communications’ global sales teams and the Technical Strategic Alliance team to build partner strategies and nurture relationships
  • Engage and coordinate with Product Managers, Sales Enablement and Channel Marketing to ensure launch activities include sales, channel and alliance partner enablement activities and support
  • Manage Sennheiser Communications brand presence in alliance partners platforms such as webshops, learning programs, and offices, and seek out co-branded content creation
  • Manage and report upon quarterly metrics for partner marketing initiatives and resulting influence on sales pipeline

As Partnership Marketing Manager, you will take a position with great independence and strong responsibility position and refer directly to the Global Campaign Manager.


Your profile
The ideal candidate has a relevant academic background within the field of marketing and communication and comes with minimum 5 years of experience with alliance or channel marketing in a fast-paced B2B environment – preferably within the tech industry. You have a strong passion for business development, strategic marketing and program execution as well as experience with exceptional executive presence and are able to flex to an evolving environment. Furthermore, you have flair for building strategic alliance partnerships, creating customized and integrated marketing programs from A – Z. With proven abilities to ideate, design, execute and track integrated marketing strategies and programs with key business partners, you know how to develop and deliver messaging, presentations and communications to a variety of audiences, adapting delivery styles and methods. Moreover, experience using CRM and marketing-integrated tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud is seen as a great plus and strong English communication skills, oral as well as written, is a must.

As a person, you are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities, tasks and deliverables on time and within budget. You take individual ownership of scoping and delivering tasks end-to-end from strategy to execution and are both strategic, creative and proactive. Thereto, you are a fine blend of strategist and executioner with the needed ability to flex and shift in a fast-paced, evolving environment and are not afraid of taking the lead. However, you hold strong stakeholder management skills and come with a strong drive to informally lead specialists, external suppliers and agencies, and are a skilled and empathic teamplayer who easily collaborate with internal and external teams to bring programs to life. At last, you have an open and positive mindset, are curious and welcoming and embrace new approaches to marketing, and are eager to be part of an interesting journey of growth and expansion for a large company with global presence.
