Performance Marketing Lead
On behalf of Dreamdata, we are seeking a commercially minded and highly execution-oriented Performance Marketing Lead to own and scale the company’s paid pipeline engine. This is a high-impact opportunity for a senior B2B SaaS marketer who combines strong performance marketing fundamentals with AI-native execution, including the ability to build and deploy autonomous marketing agents that accelerate growth, experimentation, and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will take ownership of paid acquisition across channels such as LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and emerging platforms. You will be responsible for turning paid spend into measurable pipeline and revenue impact, using Dreamdata’s own platform to understand what truly drives revenue across the full customer journey. Working closely with content, product marketing, and sales, you will help shape campaign concepts, messaging, audiences, and experiments that support Dreamdata’s continued growth.

The position
As Performance Marketing Lead, you will own and scale Dreamdata’s paid pipeline engine. You will be responsible for planning, executing, optimising, and reporting on paid acquisition across key channels, with a clear focus on pipeline generation, CAC efficiency, and revenue contribution. A central part of the role will be to use Dreamdata itself as a competitive advantage. You will work with attribution insights, buying signals, and account-level GTM data to build stronger audiences, improve campaign performance, and make smarter investment decisions. In addition, you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered marketing agents that automate workflows across audience building, bid optimisation, creative testing, reporting, and GTM orchestration.
You will collaborate closely with content, product marketing, and sales to develop campaign concepts, creative angles, offers, landing pages, and messaging that resonate with B2B buying committees. The role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, and you should enjoy building campaigns, writing ads, analysing funnel behaviour, testing audiences, and continuously improving performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Owning paid pipeline generation across LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Meta, Reddit, and emerging channels
- Designing, building, and deploying AI-powered marketing agents to automate and accelerate high-value workflows
- Turning paid spend into measurable pipeline and revenue impact
- Building and scaling audiences using attribution insights, buying signals, and account-level GTM data
- Using Dreamdata to understand what drives revenue across the full customer journey
- Using agents to support audience building, bid optimisation, creative testing, reporting, and GTM orchestration
- Collaborating with content, product marketing, and sales on messaging, creative angles, offers, and campaign concepts
- Running structured experiments across creative, targeting, landing pages, bidding strategies, and funnel stages
- Planning and managing budgets tied directly to pipeline and growth targets
- Delivering clear reporting and actionable insights to leadership
You will be working from Dreamdata's office in central Copenhagen.
Your profile
We are looking for a senior performance marketing profile with at least 5 years of hands-on B2B SaaS experience and a drive to build and grow marketing using AI-agents. You have deep expertise in LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads and a strong understanding of B2B demand generation, buying committees, long sales cycles, and account-based marketing. The ideal candidate is analytical, commercially minded, and highly hands-on. You think in pipeline, CAC efficiency, revenue contribution, and qualified opportunities rather than clicks and impressions. You are comfortable owning both strategy and execution and enjoy being close to the craft, from writing ads and building campaigns to analysing funnel performance. Experience with AI-native workflows and agent-building is an important part of the role. You know how to identify repetitive, high-value marketing workflows and automate them with the right tools, models, and processes. You are motivated by faster experimentation cycles, operational efficiency, and using technology to improve campaign quality and decision-making.
